Founded in 1991, Zhejiang Shidai Casting Co., Ltd. has become one of the top 100 enterprise in China's foundry industry as well as the leading industrial enterprise in Ruian City after more than 20 years of development.
The company is located in Taoshan Town, Ruian City (with Jinqiao Plant Area and Taonan Factory Area), covering an area of 44,800m2 and a building area of 54,100m2. With an annual 8,000 tons of casting production capacity and 3000 tons of machining capacity, its 50% sales is contributed to the exported to Europe, America and Japan.
The company has sand casting, medium and low temperature wax type precision casting, etc. It mainly produces castings of various valves, pumps, marine parts and engineering machinery. We can produce various iron-based alloys (austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, low temperature steel, carbon steel), nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, etc. according to different standards such as national standard, American standard, German standard and Japanese standard.
The company has strong technical strength and has 101 technicians, assistant engineers, engineers and senior engineers. The company has technology development department, quality inspection department, production department, sales department, human resources department, product research and development center, machining center, quality inspection center, ERP resource information management center.

The quality testing center has a variety of advanced testing equipment. Chemical composition detection with direct reading spectrometer, microscopic detection of metallographic microscopy, corrosion resistance detection with intergranular corrosion, non-destructive testing of PT, UT, MT and RT rays, mechanical properties of universal testing machine and low temperature impact machine Testing, hardness testing of hardness testing equipment, etc., to ensure the internal defects of the product, to ensure a strong guarantee of quality.
In 2017, the company was rated as a demonstration enterprise of deep integration of Wenzhou City.
In 2003, the company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, and passed the TUD and DNV certification of PED, and obtained the special equipment license TS. It has passed the DNV, GL, BV, LR and ABS certifications of Norwegian, German, French, British and American classification societies. In 2013, it passed the QSHAS18001 and ZMS14001 management system certification. In September 2016, it obtained the qualification of API20A-9 of the American Petroleum and Natural Gas Society, which opened the way for the higher-end European and American markets.
